Hiking holiday in the Dolomites – Beautiful hikes on the Lüsner Alm

The hiking area on the Lüsner Alm and the Peitlerkofel gives you an insight into the beauty of the South Tyrolean mountains. For adventure vacationers we recommend a trip to the Tulper inn. Here you can reserve a tandem paragliding flight (for detailed information see Hofmappe). A flight over the Lüsner valley is a unique experience.

Or you start directly at the farm, walk in the direction of Lüsen and enjoy a cooling in the idyllic natural swimming pond of our local community.

From our farm, you can also walk to Natz, over the Rienzschlucht and from there to Brixen, continuing to Neustift. Another destination for you could be Rodeneck Castle, which is within easy walking distance. On the way you stop at Kreuzstöckl (a small chapel) and visit it. You are welcome to make yourself comfortable here and spend some time with the children. We will gladly inform you in detail about further hiking routes in our area.

Excursion destinations around Lüsen by car or bus

A visit to the large water swimming pool of Brixen, the Aquarena, cannot be missed. Here you will find an infrared cabin, sauna, relaxation rooms, whirlpool, children’s pool, sports pool, fun pool, saltwater pool and a large outdoor swimming area with a spacious sunbathing area. Combine the excursion into the Aquarena with a stroll through the historic episcopal city of Brixen. It has a distinctive charm, discover the Hofburg, the cathedral, the art gallery, the White Tower, the Diocesan Museum, the Pharmacy Museum, the cloister and much more. Or if you would like to expand your excursion destinations, we recommend Neustift Monastery, Feldthurns Castle, the Franzensfeste Fortress or the Messner Mountain Museum and the Archeology Museum in Bozen with the legendary “Ötzi”. In the regional capital you can combine well a cultural outing with a shopping spree in the “Twenty”. You will see, your holiday in South Tyrol becomes an unforgettable experience.
