Your holiday apartment in Lüsenput your feet up and relax
Our apartment “Morgensonne“ (morning sun) has about 75 square meters. The apartment in Lüsen consists of a large kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The double bedroom was made of pine wood. Look forward to the soothing scent of the wood and feel the positive effect on your sleep. The twin room has been decorated with spruce wood. The bathroom with window has a shower, a washing area with plenty of storage space made of natural wood, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, a couch, which in case serves as a sleeping possibility and a fully equipped kitchen: hood oven, fridge, freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, salad spinner, blender shaft, kitchen scale, all cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, Sat-TV, radio, safe.

Massive wood was used for the furniture, partly from our own forest. All wood remains are used for energy production. So we try to manage the farm in our own way with sustainability for the following generations.
Attention: We currently have only one apartment,
So we can only accommodate one host family.

Pets are not allowed
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 5 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons. For each additional person we charge 20 € per night.
The local tax is not included in the price. This is 0.85 € per day and person over 14 years.
Children up to 2.99 years are free.
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150€ per week has been paid. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

The cash limit in Italy amounts to 2.999,99 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival & Departure:
On arrival day, we expect you starting from 3:00pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00 am. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code)
- Cancellation up to 40 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price;
- If less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price;
- In case of no-show, late arrival or premature departure: 100% of the agreed total price.
